Hammond, Bogaru & Associates’ Managing Partner Nicholas Hammond discussed Franchising Issues in Romania at the International Franchise and Branding Exhibition that took place between May 20th – 22nd at World Trade Plaza Gallery in Bucharest, Romania. The IFBE was aimed at improving and developing the local franchise market, as well as establishing a better connection with the international franchise community. It hosted exhibitors from various EU countries whom it offered the chance to relate to Romanian investors, entrepreneurs and businessmen and to interact with local mass-media representatives. Speaking to an audience of international exhibitors and visitors, Nicholas Hammond  discussed franchise agreements from a Romanian legal perspective focusing on financial obligations and third party restrictions.
