HBA Managing Partner Nicholas Hammond was elected member of the Board of Directors of the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce at the annual general meeting on 7th October 2011. The other newly elected members of the board are: Stan Dunlop of Dunlop Mills, Colin Lovering of Premier Global International and Madalina Vintu of Rentrop & Straton.

English solicitor Nicholas Hammond is founder of  Hammond, Bogaru & Associates, having over 40 years international legal experience and has been involved in representing many UK and foreign investors in Romania since 1990. He now lives permanently in Romania.

The British Romanian Chamber of Commerce was established in 1998 with a permanent presence in both London and Bucharest, entirely membership owned and membership driven, with the mission to increase British-Romanian business and investments, to foster a better understanding between the two nations and encourage bilateral trade and industry, tourism, financial investment and cultural relations.

Hammond, Bogaru and Associates has been a member of the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce since 2007 and supported the Chambers development being an active promoter of British Romanian relations and exchange.
