The Law Firms of DVORAK & SPOL. (Prague, Czech Republic), Gobert and Partners (Budapest, Hungary), Hammond, Bogaru and Associates (Bucharest, Romania) and Ilieva Voutcheva & Co (Sofia, Bulgaria) are pleased to announce that with effect from 20th September 2012 they have entered into a new CEE partnership under the name BWSP.

 

BWSP operates through 4 offices in Budapest, Bucharest, Sofia and Prague and a number of language desks, amongst others English, French, German, Russian.  BWSP has over sixty lawyers practising in a number of practise areas in the four jurisdictions.  BWSP will offer seamless, full range legal services in Central and Eastern Europe in the area of corporate and commercial law for clients who wish to appoint one law firm to handle their legal matters in the region.  By the creation of this structure and its associated network  the partner firms will be able to offer their existing and future clients unified standard of legal services, greater depth, extended experience and local knowledge around jurisdictions in Central and Eastern Europe.

 

Each of the constituent partner law firms will practice law in their own jurisdictions.
