Madalina is part of our team since 2014 and she coordinates our firm’s consultancy department and represents clients on business matters.
She advises and guides companies in their corporate needs, both during their creation process (articles of association, shareholder agreements) and financing, growth, restructuring and transmissions operations. She also advises them on the management of their partnerships (commercial, information technology and distribution contracts, general terms and conditions of use or sale, privacy policy).
In 2015 she attended The New EU General Data Protection Regulation organized by UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats) in Madrid, Spain.
In March 2017 she attended CCIFER Event hosted by Norway Embassy in Romania, topic EEA and Norway Grants.
In May 2017 she participated as a speaker with Mr. Christian Bogaru, the Managing Partner of the Firm, at the event ” Destination Romania” held at the Romanian Embassy in Paris, France.
